At Brianna Cannon, we want you to love your fashion-forward accessories and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  Ensure your items are unworn, in original packaging, and have all tags attached; please note that headbands and earrings are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different style.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
