Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. During peak holiday seasons or major collection launches, please allow up to 7 business days for your unique pieces to be prepared.
What is your return policy for Brianna Cannon products?
We accept returns on unworn, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain jewelry items and hair accessories may be final sale.
Are your headbands and jewelry handmade?
Yes, many of our signature pieces feature hand-applied embellishments and custom designs curated by Brianna Cannon herself to ensure the highest quality and exclusivity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to customers within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to provide worldwide shipping in the near future.

To maintain the beauty of your items, avoid contact with hairspray, perfume, and water. Store your jewelry and headbands in their provided dust bags when not in use.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment queue. While we cannot guarantee changes, please contact our customer support within 1 hour of purchase to request modifications.
